Welcome to your stay at SHWAY! We hope you will have a lovely time
in Antwerp and at #shwayantwerp.
SHWAY means cool. It's an expression of pleasure or congratulation.
This doesn't mean we don't have a few rules for you to live by while you're staying here.
We'll list up some general info, manuals, important phone numbers, some house rules (as less as possible) and other stuff that might just be worth reading.

Check your app store for Antwerp Tax and book your cab online. The app is similar to Uber - except Uber is forbidden in Antwerp. They normally accept cash, maestro and credit cards, just make sure to check this with the driver in advance.

Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside The Red Monkey. It is allowed to smoke at the little patio next to the bedroom, but smoking outside the windows standing inside the apartment is also considered smoking inside.
Damage
If there is any damage to the apartment or infrastructure, please contact
us immediately. Even if it wasn’t you who caused it.
Garbage
You can leave your garbage inside the apartment upon check-out. We will get it once you’ve completely checked out. Longer stays can buy the garbage bags of the city of Antwerp at any supermarket and put their garbage on the street every Monday night.
Check-Out
Our check-out time is before 11AM.
Simply make sure to close all doors when you leave, turn off the lights and heating and leave everything as tidy as possible.

TV
To watch your favourite channels from around the world, we offer Cobra TV to all our guests. Go through the following steps to watch your favourite local channel:
1. Turn on the TV with remote 1 (Philips).
2. Turn on the Cobra Box with remote 2 (Cobra TV).
3. Press 'sources' on remote 1, select HDMI1/MHL and press 'OK'.
4. If it shows a blue screen with 4 options: select Cobra TV with remote 2 and press 'OK'. If it shows you a black screen, just press 'OK' on remote 2.
5. After both situations explained, you can press 'OK' with remote 2 again to enter the menu of Cobra TV. In this menu you can choose the country you want to receive channels from, on the left.
6. Select a country and channel with remote 2 and press 'OK'.
Press 'OK' again to go to the bigger screen view.
7. If you want to change the country or channel you selected, follow steps 5 and 6 again.
NETFLIX
We offer you our Netflix account - free off charge. This way you can check your favourite movies and/or series
1. Turn on the TV with remote 1 (Philips).
2. Press the NETFLIX-button on remote 1.
3. Select 'Red Monkey' and start watching!
DISHWASHER
To wash your dishes in the dishwasher, please take the following steps.
1. Put your dishwashing tablet in the dishwasher. Make sure you are only using the right product, suited for electronic dishwashers.
2. Turn on the dishwasher by pressing the 'ON/OFF' button on the right.
3. Select program '27 min' with the clear button on the left. With this button you can also select other programs if needed.
4. Close the dishwasher very good, but with care. Listen if the water starts running to make sure it was closed correctly.
MICROWAVE
Warning! Use only microwave and oven-proof crockery and materials: no metal, no aluminium, no stainless steel cutlery, no antique porcelain, no sponges and never switch on the microwave without content!
1. Press 'microwave'.
2. On the screen 'P100' will appear. You can change the program by turning the button left (lower) or right (higher).
3. Press 'START/+30sec/CONFIRM'
4. Select now your preferred duration by spinning the button to the right and left.
5. Press 'START/+30sec/CONFIRM' again to start the heating process.
6. If you want to stop or pause the program, press 'STOP/CLEAR'.
OVEN

1. Press 'convection'.
2. Select the preferred temperature using the spinning button.
3. Press 'START/+30sec/CONFIRM'
4. If you want to stop or pause the program, press 'STOP/CLEAR'.
