With passion for characteristic real estate, interior design and the hospitality market, we started investing and operating our real estate on the short-stay market in Antwerp city center 4 years ago. Nowadays we not only transform our own properties into beautiful guesthouses, we also like to involve other landlords in our adventure and include them to the SHWAY Family.

 

Real Estate

Together with the landlord we examine whether the property can be included in our SHWAY concept, not every building or neighborhood qualifies. Location, fire safety, exterior/interior and surroundings play the biggest parts in the choice. With SHWAY, we not only stand for quality for our guests, but also for the neighborhood of our lodgings and the people who live there. Single units in a building are therefore not included in our segment, only entire houses or complexes with multiple units are considered.

 

Interior

When partnering with a landlord, we will put our SHWAY magic over the interior, in which, through years of experience in servicing short-stay rentals, we make long-term choices in materials, colors and layouts of spaces.

Service & Platforms

We handle the operation of the building from A to Z: from advertising on 20 different platforms worldwide and adding it to our own platform and branding, to guest contact and support and environmentally friendly cleanings of the properties after each stay by our own cleaning crew.
